Have you ordered a product from Untje.com and want to return it? Then please read the information below carefully.
Return rules
Your orders at Untje.com are subject to a return period of 14 calendar days. This starts the moment the ordered article is in your possession. Only within this period can you return items.
You can only return your order - or part of it - if it is in the same condition as when you received it.
We only accept returns that are accompanied by a packing slip and/or a return slip - you can easily create the return slip yourself online. This applies to both returns by post and returns to Untje.com yourself.
In the unlikely event that you cannot print the return slip (you do not have a printer)? Then you must always state the return number shown on the created return slip on the packing slip or packaging. Otherwise we will not be able to process your return.
You can return by post. Send your order including packing slip and/or return slip to Untje.com. If you cannot print your return slip for some reason, please write the return number shown on your return slip on the packing slip or packaging.
You can also take your return to Untje.com yourself. However, you will need a return slip. If you cannot print your return slip, please write the return number that appears on your return slip on the packing slip or packaging.
Risk and cost of a return are at your own expense unless you have received an incorrect or damaged order.
Unfortunately, we cannot process returns that do not comply with our return rules.
What amount will be returned?
We return - subject to reservation - the amount stated on the return slip. This amount is calculated by us in advance on the basis of:
the purchase price of your return
the costs incurred by us: shipping costs from our warehouse to your address
Our administration reserves the right to adjust the amount on the return slip after final inspection of the return. Do you have questions about the amount on the return slip? Always contact our customer service department in advance.
Returns: how does that work in practice?
You want to return all or part of your order:
STEP 1 Create a return form
Do you have an Untje.com account?
Log in to your 'Untje.com' account.
Go to 'Orders' tab
Click on the order you wish to return (in part)
At the bottom of the order overview, click on the option 'Create a return form' (under Returns)
Indicate which items are to be returned and in what quantities
Indicate how you wish to return the items (by post or at which branch)
You have space for a possible comment (not obligatory)
You click on Download return form (PDF) at Print return form.
The return form can now be saved
Print the return form (or note down the return number)
You can also always go directly to your account from the order confirmation e-mail to create a return slip. Click on the link 'click here to view your order details, track shipping status and other options'

Open the order confirmation in your e-mail
Click the link 'You can view the summary of this order and its status online' in this e-mail
You will arrive at a page where your order is listed
At the bottom of the order overview, click on the 'Create a return form' option (under Returns)

Indicate how you want to return the items (by post or at which branch)
You have space for a possible comment (not obligatory)
Click on Download return form (PDF) at Print return form
The return form can now be saved
Print the return form (or note down the return number)
STEP 2 Returning items
You have indicated on the return form that you wish to return by post:
Place the items you want to return in the original packaging. Is the original packaging too damaged when you open it? If so, use a decent, alternative sturdy packaging.
Add the printed return slip and packing slip (if you cannot print the return slip, please write the return number on the packing slip or packaging).
The return address can be found on the return form.
Ensure sufficient postage
Drop off your return at a PostNL or bpost point
Keep your proof of sending
You will receive confirmation by e-mail as soon as the items have been processed by us
After successful verification of your return, we will refund the outstanding amount to you. We will always refund you using the same means of payment you used to pay us. Your money will be refunded as soon as possible, at the latest within thirty days. This thirty-day period mainly concerns the return of credit card payments. For other means of payment it is generally faster.
You have indicated on the return slip to return at the warehouse:
Collect the items you white return
Bring the packing slip from the original shipment
Bring the printed return slip and packing slip (if you cannot print the return slip, please write the return number on the packing slip or package)
Go to the Untje.com warehouse mentioned on the return slip
After successful verification of your return, you will be refunded the amount mentioned on the return slip directly at the checkout
Please note: there is a final return date on the return slip. This return date is in principle 14 days after you have received the items. Once the return date has passed, you can no longer return.
Did you receive an incorrect or damaged product?
If a product has to be returned because you have received the wrong order or your order has arrived damaged, we will bear the shipping costs. In this case, please contact our customer service in advance. You will then receive information about your return procedure.
