Privacy policy
Your privacy is of great importance to Untje.com. We therefore adhere to the Privacy Act. This means that your data is safe with us and that we always use it properly. In this privacy statement, we explain everything we do at Untje.com with information we learn about you. If you have any questions, or want to know exactly what we track about you, please contact Untje.com.
Distribution, logistics and payment
In order to deliver your order, we pass on your personal data to our logistics partners such as bpost and GLS. They will receive your name, address, order number and e-mail address for this purpose.
For the financial processing of your order, we receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company. For this purpose we use your payment details, name and address, e-mail address and billing address. We need these because of the purchase agreement we conclude with you. We keep this information for two months after your order is completed.
We have concluded a processing agreement with all these parties, which regulates what they may do with the data.
Contact form and newsletter
You can use the contact form to ask us questions or make requests. For this, we use your name and e-mail address. We have a legitimate interest in this. We keep your question and contact details for three months to consult when you have any follow-up questions. Or to improve our customer service.
You can subscribe and unsubscribe to the newsletter via a separate unsubscribe link included in the newsletter.
If you have made a purchase with us, your e-mail address will automatically be added to the list of subscribers for the general newsletter. This e-mail address will be kept until you unsubscribe. This can easily be done via the separate unsubscribe link.
On your personal account page, you can always easily indicate to which newsletter you want to subscribe or unsubscribe.
Provision to other companies or institutions
In addition to the partners mentioned above, we share your data with some other external service providers. For example, to support our services. We have also concluded a processing agreement with these parties. We share only the data necessary for the assignment to these parties such as in the case of digital and financial services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Apart from the aforementioned partners, we do not give your personal data to other companies or institutions under any circumstances, except if we are legally obliged to do so (e.g. if the police demand it in case of suspected crime).
